During the Gulf War era, I had the honor of commanding a 200-member unit headquartered in Amarillo, Texas with a detachment in Midland, Texas, and we were tasked with providing support to units that were being activated in the Gulf War during Operation Desert Storm. Why are you the most qualified candidate for this position: I think my greatest asset is my connection to the community which is evidenced by my continued involvement with local and statewide public service organization.
